Is the 10 yard right for you?

Small footprint. Heavy hitter.

The 10 yard is our shortest bin at 2'11" tall, which is a little under waist height on most people. That's the whole point. You're lifting debris over three feet of wall instead of five, so a full day of hand-loading is a lot easier on your back.

It holds 10 cubic yards of volume and the same 3-ton weight allowance as every other bin we run. Since the walls are shorter, it's harder to overload it by accident, which is exactly why it's the size we recommend for dense material.

  • Shortest walls we run: 2'11"
  • Same 16' x 7.5' footprint
  • Same 3-ton allowance
  • Our lowest starting price
The rule of thumb: heavy and dense, go 10. Bulky and light, go bigger. Every bin includes the same 3 tons, so sizing up buys room, not weight. Not sure which side you're on? Call (870) 240-7366 and describe the job.

What's in the price, and what isn't

The 10 yard starts at $515, and your exact number depends on your delivery address. Here's everything that's already covered and the only two things that can add to it.

Already in your price

No line items, no add-ons, no surprise fees when we pick it up.

  • Delivery to your address Included
  • Pickup when you're done Included
  • Haul-away and disposal Included
  • Rental period 10 days
  • Weight allowance 3 tons
  • Placement where you want it Included

The only things that add cost

Both are avoidable, and both are your call. Nothing else gets tacked on.

  • Weight over 3 tons $75 / ton
  • Days past day 10 $15 / day
How to avoid both. If the load is dense, call us before you fill it and we'll swap it out rather than let it go over. If the project's running long, tell us before day 10 and we'll figure out the timeline. A phone call is cheaper than an overage every time.

Where it goes and what we need

The 10 yard takes a 16' by 7.5' spot, which is roughly one parking space or a normal driveway width. Every bin we run has that same footprint, so the 10 doesn't buy you a smaller space, it buys you shorter walls.

What actually matters when the truck shows up:

  • A straight path to back into
  • Clear overhead: no limbs or lines
  • Flat, firm ground to set on
  • Room to slide it off and load it back
Want plywood under the wheels? Plenty of people lay a couple sheets down where the bin lands. You're welcome to set it out before we arrive. Just tell us where you want the bin when you book and that's where it goes.
Not quite right?

Need more room?

Same footprint on all three, so sizing up doesn't take another inch of your driveway. Just remember it buys volume, not weight. Every bin includes the same 3 tons.

Good to know

10 yard questions

The stuff people ask us most about this size. If yours isn't here, give us a call and we'll sort it out.

How big is a 10 yard dumpster?
16' long, 7.5' wide, and 2'11" tall, holding 10 cubic yards. The footprint is the same as our 15 and 20 yard bins, so the only real difference between the three is how tall the walls are. At just under three feet, the 10 yard is the easiest one to load by hand.
How much does a 10 yard dumpster cost?
It starts at $515, and your exact price depends on your delivery address, so we don't post a number that might not be yours. Head to our booking page, put in your address, and you'll see the real figure for all three sizes side by side. Delivery, pickup, and haul-away are all in it.
How much weight is included?
3 tons, which is 6,000 pounds. Anything over that is $75 per ton. Worth knowing: every size we run includes the same 3 tons, so going up to a 15 or 20 doesn't get you more weight, just more room. That's why the 10 yard is our pick for dense material.
How long do I get to keep it?
10 days are included with every rental. After that it's $15 per day, starting on day 11. Need more time? Just let us know before day 10 and we'll set it up. Finish early and want it gone sooner? Call and we'll come get it.
Should I get a 10 or a 15?
Ask yourself if the debris is heavy or bulky. Heavy and dense, like plaster, tile, or mortar, means you'll hit the 3-ton weight allowance long before you fill either bin, so the 10 saves you money. Bulky and light, like furniture, cabinets, or framing scrap, means you'll run out of room first, and the 15 is the better buy. Still torn? Call (870) 240-7366 and describe what you're throwing away.
Can I put concrete, dirt, or brick in it?
No. Concrete, dirt, rocks, and bricks all have to stay out of every bin we run, including this one. They're heavy enough that a loaded bin can't be hauled safely. If your project involves tearing out hard surfaces, call us at (870) 240-7366 before you start and we'll talk through your options.
Will it fit in my driveway?
Almost always. It needs a 16' by 7.5' spot, which is about one parking space. Beyond that, the truck needs a straight shot to back in, clear overhead without low limbs or power lines, and flat, firm ground to set on. Describe your spot to us and we'll tell you straight.
How full can I fill it?
Level with the top rail, no higher. There's an overfill line marked on the side of every bin. Anything stacked above it can't be hauled safely or legally, so we'd have to ask you to pull it back down before we could take it. With the 10 yard's low sides, you'll usually hit the weight before you get near the rail anyway.
How soon can I get one?
Same-day or next-day is the norm. Call (870) 240-7366 early in the day and we'll do our best to get it to you when you need it. Booking ahead locks in the delivery window you want.
Do I need a permit?
Not if it's going on your driveway or anywhere else on your own property. It's only a question when a bin has to sit on a public street, and that depends on your city's rules. If that's your situation, check with your city, or call us and we'll help you sort it out before delivery day.
Do you deliver to my town?
We cover Paragould, Jonesboro, and the surrounding counties across Northeast Arkansas and into the Missouri boot heel. Check the full service area or just call and we'll let you know right away.
