For contractors

Construction Dumpster Rentals

New builds, roof tear-offs, framing waste, and gut jobs. We put a heavy-duty roll-off where your crew needs it and we hit the window we gave you.

What crews use them for

A missed delivery costs you a day of labor

That's the whole reason we're careful about delivery windows. Contractors, roofers, and builders across Northeast Arkansas keep a 4K bin on site because when we say a bin lands Tuesday morning, it lands Tuesday morning. You're calling a local crew, not a call center three states away.

  • New home builds
  • Roofing & siding tear-offs
  • Framing & drywall waste
  • Interior gut jobs
  • Multi-unit construction
  • Remodel & addition debris
  • Site cleanup & punch-out
  • Same-week swap-outs, and more

Pick your size

Which size fits your job site?

All three have the same 16' x 7.5' footprint, so a bigger bin doesn't need a bigger spot on site. Only the walls get taller. Here's roughly what each one handles.

10 yard roll-off dumpster for construction jobs from 4K Dumpster Rental 10 Yard

10 Yard

16' L x 7.5' W x 2'11" H

Shortest walls on the lot, so your guys are throwing debris over three feet instead of five. Fits tight sites and infill lots.

Jobs this size handles
  • A single-room remodel
  • A small bath or kitchen gut
  • Punch-out and site cleanup
  • A tight lot with no room, and more
Best for: small jobs and tight sites. Low sides mean faster loading by hand.

15 yard roll-off dumpster for roofing tear-offs from 4K Dumpster Rental 15 Yard

15 Yard

16' L x 7.5' W x 3'9" H

Our shingle bin. Shingles are heavy enough that you'll hit the weight before you fill a 20, so this is usually the right call on a tear-off.

Jobs this size handles
  • A roof tear-off on most homes
  • A full kitchen or bath remodel
  • Siding and trim jobs
  • An addition or bump-out, and more
Best for: roofing and mid-size builds. The safe pick when you're between two sizes.

20 yard roll-off dumpster for new construction from 4K Dumpster Rental 20 Yard

20 Yard

16' L x 7.5' W x 4'11" H

Tallest walls and the most volume we carry. Framing scrap and cutoffs eat space fast without weighing much, which is exactly what this one's for.

Jobs this size handles
  • A new home build
  • Framing and drywall waste
  • Multi-unit construction
  • A full interior gut, and more
Best for: bulky, high-volume debris. Fewer hauls, fewer interruptions to the crew.

See your exact price before you book

Pricing depends on the size you pick, how long you keep it, and where it's going. So instead of a range you have to call about, put in the job site address and you'll see every size laid out side by side with the real number. Bid it with a real figure instead of a guess.

Book Online
  1. Enter the job site address. Takes a few seconds, and it's how we get the price exactly right.
  2. Compare every size. All three, side by side, with the full cost up front.
  3. Pick your dates and book. Delivery, pickup, and haul-away are already in the price. No surprise fees at pickup.

The one that catches people

Weight, not volume, is what gets you

On a job site the bin usually hits its weight before it hits the top rail, and that's where a rental goes over budget. So here's the math up front instead of at pickup.

  • Included with every bin 3 tons
  • Anything over that $75 / ton
  • Rental period 10 days
Sizing up doesn't buy you more weight. Every bin includes the same 3 tons, so the 20 yard is for bulky debris like framing scrap and cutoffs, not heavy debris. Loading something dense? The 10 or 15 is usually the smarter call, and a swap-out beats an overage. Call us and we'll help you plan it.

Construction rental questions

The stuff contractors ask us most. If yours isn't here, give us a call and we'll sort it out.

What size do I need for a roof tear-off?
The 15 yard, most of the time. Shingles are heavy, so you'll hit the 3-ton weight allowance well before you fill a 20 yard, which means the extra volume does nothing but cost you. On a bigger roof, plan a swap-out rather than a bigger bin.
How much weight is included?
3 tons with every bin, regardless of size, and anything over that is $75 per ton. Sizing up gets you more room, not more weight. If the load is dense, call us at (870) 240-7366 and we'll help you plan it so it doesn't bite you at pickup.
Can I get a swap-out mid-job?
Yes, and on most job sites it's the right move. Call or text when you're getting close to full or close to the weight, and we'll trade it for an empty one. If you already know the job runs long, tell us up front and we'll build the swap schedule around your timeline.
Can I put concrete, dirt, or brick in it?
No. Concrete, dirt, rocks, and bricks all have to stay out. They're heavy enough that a bin loaded with them can't be hauled safely. If your scope includes tearing out hard surfaces, call us at (870) 240-7366 before the job starts and we'll talk through your options.
How long do I get to keep it?
Every rental comes with 10 days included. Need more time? Additional days are available, just let us know and we'll set it up. Wrap early and want it gone? Call and we'll come get it.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size, how long you keep it, and where it's going, so we don't post a number that won't be yours. Head to our booking page, put in the job site address, and you'll see every size side by side with the exact price. Delivery, pickup, and haul-away are all in it.
How much room does it need on site?
All three sizes have the same 16' long by 7.5' wide footprint, so if one fits, they all fit. Beyond the bin itself, the truck needs a straight shot to back in, clear overhead without lines or limbs, and ground firm enough to hold it. Fresh dirt and soft ground are the usual problems, so tell us what the site looks like and we'll figure it out.
Can I put more than one bin on the site?
Sure. On bigger jobs it's common to run more than one, or to keep one on site and swap it as it fills. Call us with your timeline and we'll work out what actually fits the schedule.
Do we need a permit?
If the bin sits on the job site itself, no permit is involved. It's only a question when a bin has to sit on a public street, and that depends on the city's rules. If that's your situation, check with the city, or call us and we'll help you sort it out before delivery day.
How full can we load it?
Level with the top rail, no higher. Every bin has an overfill line marked on the side. Anything stacked above it can't be hauled safely or legally, so we'd have to ask you to pull it back down before we can take it. If you're getting close, call and we'll swap it out instead.
How soon can I get one?
Same-day or next-day is the norm. Call (870) 240-7366 early in the day and we'll do our best to get it on site when you need it. Booking ahead locks in the delivery window you want, which matters when the crew's already scheduled.
Do you serve my area?
We cover Paragould, Jonesboro, and the surrounding counties across Northeast Arkansas and into the Missouri boot heel. Check the full service area or just call and we'll let you know right away.

Need a bin on site before the crew shows?

Put in the job site address, see your price, pick your day. We'll handle the rest.
