For teardowns

Demolition Dumpster Rentals

Gut jobs, mobile home teardowns, sheds, and structures. Demo debris is the heaviest thing we haul, so we'll help you match the right bin and weight allowance before the first wall comes down.

What teardowns need

Demo doesn't wait on a bin that isn't there

Once the walls start coming down, the debris has to go somewhere or the job stops. We keep bins moving on teardowns across Northeast Arkansas, and if you need more than one over the life of the job, we plan that up front instead of scrambling on day three.

  • Interior demo & gut jobs
  • Mobile home teardowns
  • Shed & outbuilding removal
  • Garage teardowns
  • Fire & storm damage clearing
  • Deck & porch demo
  • Property clear-offs
  • Multiple bins on one site, and more

Pick your size

Which size fits your teardown?

All three have the same 16' x 7.5' footprint, so a bigger bin doesn't need a bigger spot on site. Only the walls get taller. On demo, pick by what you're loading, not just how much.

10 yard roll-off dumpster for demolition debris from 4K Dumpster Rental 10 Yard

10 Yard

16' L x 7.5' W x 2'11" H

Shortest walls we run, so your crew is throwing debris over three feet instead of five. On dense demo loads you'll hit the weight before the rail anyway.

Jobs this size handles
  • A single-room gut
  • A small shed teardown
  • Dense plaster and lath debris
  • A tight site with no room, and more
Best for: heavy, dense debris. Low sides make hand-loading rubble a lot faster.

15 yard roll-off dumpster for demolition jobs from 4K Dumpster Rental 15 Yard

15 Yard

16' L x 7.5' W x 3'9" H

The middle bin. Enough room for a real teardown without buying volume you'll never reach on a heavy load.

Jobs this size handles
  • A full kitchen or bath gut
  • A garage or carport teardown
  • Deck and porch demo
  • Mixed demo debris, and more
Best for: mid-size teardowns. The safe pick when you're between two sizes.

20 yard roll-off dumpster for structure demolition from 4K Dumpster Rental 20 Yard

20 Yard

16' L x 7.5' W x 4'11" H

Tallest walls and the most volume we carry. Right when the debris is bulky rather than dense, like framing, siding, and cabinetry.

Jobs this size handles
  • A mobile home teardown
  • A full interior gut
  • Structure and outbuilding removal
  • Property clear-offs, and more
Best for: bulky structure debris. Fewer hauls when the load is big but not heavy.

Read this before you book

Demo debris is heavy. Here's the math.

On a teardown the bin almost always hits its weight before it hits the top rail. That's where a demo rental goes over budget, so here are the numbers up front rather than at pickup.

  • Included with every bin 3 tons
  • Anything over that $75 / ton
  • Rental period 10 days
Two things that catch people on demo. First, every bin includes the same 3 tons, so sizing up buys volume, not weight. Second, concrete, brick, block, and dirt have to stay out entirely. If your teardown includes footings, a chimney, a slab, or a masonry wall, call us at (870) 240-7366 before you swing the first hammer and we'll walk through how to separate it and what your options are.

Demolition rental questions

The stuff demo crews and property owners ask us most. If yours isn't here, give us a call and we'll sort it out.

What size do I need for a teardown?
Depends on what the structure is made of more than how big it is. Bulky debris like framing, siding, and cabinetry fills volume fast without much weight, so the 20 yard makes sense. Dense debris like plaster, lath, and tile hits the 3-ton allowance long before the rail, so the 10 or 15 is usually smarter. Tell us what you're tearing down and we'll point you at the right one.
How much weight is included?
3 tons with every bin, regardless of size, and anything over that is $75 per ton. Sizing up gets you more room, not more weight. Demo loads are the heaviest thing we haul, so if you're not sure where you'll land, call us at (870) 240-7366 and we'll help you plan it.
Can I put concrete, brick, or block in it?
No. Concrete, dirt, rocks, and bricks all have to stay out. They're heavy enough that a bin loaded with them can't be hauled safely. This catches demo jobs more than any other kind of work, because footings, chimneys, slabs, and masonry walls are usually part of the scope. Call us before you start and we'll talk through how to separate it and what your options are.
What about asbestos in an older structure?
Asbestos can't go in the bin, period. If you're tearing into anything built before the 1980s, popcorn ceilings, old floor tile, pipe wrap, and some siding are the usual suspects. That material has to be handled and disposed of by a licensed abatement outfit, not thrown in a roll-off. When in doubt, get it tested before demo starts.
Can I get a swap-out mid-teardown?
Yes, and on most demo jobs it's the plan from the start. Call or text when you're getting close to full or close to the weight and we'll trade it for an empty one. If you already know the teardown will take more than one bin, tell us up front and we'll build the schedule around it.
Can I put more than one bin on the site?
Sure. On bigger teardowns it's common to run more than one, and it's also how crews separate materials that can't go in the same load. Call us with your scope and timeline and we'll work out what actually fits.
How long do I get to keep it?
Every rental comes with 10 days included. Need more time? Additional days are available, just let us know and we'll set it up. Wrap early and want it gone? Call and we'll come get it.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size, how long you keep it, and where it's going, so we don't post a number that won't be yours. Head to our booking page, put in the site address, and you'll see every size side by side with the exact price. Delivery, pickup, and haul-away are all in it.
How much room does it need on site?
All three sizes have the same 16' long by 7.5' wide footprint, so if one fits, they all fit. Beyond the bin, the truck needs a straight shot to back in, clear overhead without lines or limbs, and ground firm enough to hold it. On teardown sites, soft or torn-up ground is the usual problem, so tell us what the approach looks like and we'll figure it out.
Do we need a permit?
For the bin itself, not if it sits on the property. It's only a question when it has to sit on a public street, and that depends on the city's rules. Worth noting the teardown itself may need a demolition permit from your city or county, and that's separate from anything to do with the dumpster. Check with them before the job starts.
How full can we load it?
Level with the top rail, no higher. Every bin has an overfill line marked on the side. Anything stacked above it can't be hauled safely or legally, so we'd have to ask you to pull it back down before we can take it. On demo you'll usually hit the weight first anyway. If you're getting close on either, call and we'll swap it out.
Do you serve my area?
We cover Paragould, Jonesboro, and the surrounding counties across Northeast Arkansas and into the Missouri boot heel. Check the full service area or just call and we'll let you know right away.
