4K DUMPSTER RENTAL AGREEMENT – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. SERVICE AREA & RENTAL PERIOD
Dumpster rentals are available for residential and commercial use throughout Northeast Arkansas, including Greene, Clay, Randolph, Lawrence, Craighead, Mississippi, Jackson, and Poinsett counties.

All rentals include up to 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon. 

Dumpsters kept beyond the 30-day rental period will incur a fee of $25.00 per day until the dumpster is picked up, swapped, or dump and returned. Once serviced, a new rental period will begin.

2. BASE RATES

  • 10 Yard Dumpster: $535.00
  • 15 Yard Dumpster: $615.00
  • 20 Yard Dumpster: $695.00

3. INCLUDED TONNAGE

  • Greene, Clay, Randolph, & Lawrence Counties: Three (3) tons included
  • Craighead County:
  • 10 Yard: Three (3) ton
  • 15 Yard: Three (3) tons
  • 20 Yard: Three (3) tons
  • Mississippi, Jackson, and Poinsett Counties: Custom rates and tonnage allowances apply

All excess weight is billed at $100.00 per ton.

A 3% credit card processing fee on all debit/credit card transactions.

4. MILEAGE FEES
For rentals located in Greene, Clay, Randolph, Craighead, and Lawrence counties, a delivery fee of $8.00 per mile applies for locations exceeding fifteen (15) miles from 2200 North 12th Avenue, Paragould, Arkansas.

5. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed. Customer authorizes company to charge any additional fees (including overweight charges, trip fees, extended rental days, or damages) to the payment method on file.

6. EARLY PICKUP / SERVICE REQUESTS
Customer must call or text 870-240-7366 for early pickup, swap-outs, dump and return service, or if the dumpster is filled before the end of the rental period.

7. EXTENDED RENTAL
Rental periods beyond the agreed term may be subject to additional charges of $25.00 per day unless otherwise agreed. Additional charges to be billed weekly.

8. PROHIBITED MATERIALS
The following materials are strictly prohibited unless prior approval is given: hazardous waste, chemicals, paints, oils, batteries, tires, asbestos, flammable materials, and any regulated waste. Concrete, dirt, and roofing shingles are not allowed unless approved in advance. Customer is responsible for any additional disposal fees, contamination fees, or rejected loads.

9. LOADING & WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
Dumpster contents must not exceed the top edge of the container. Materials must be evenly distributed. Company reserves the right to refuse pickup of overloaded or unsafe containers until corrected. Additional trip fees may apply.

10. TRIP FEES / FAILED SERVICE
A trip fee may be charged if delivery or pickup cannot be completed due to blocked access, overloaded containers, unsafe conditions, or customer unavailability.

11. PROPERTY DAMAGE & PLACEMENT
Customer is responsible for selecting a suitable placement location. Company is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, curbs, landscaping, or underground utilities. Customer assumes all liability related to placement.

12. LIABILITY
Customer assumes responsibility for all materials placed in the dumpster and agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.

13. ADDITIONAL SERVICE AREAS
Mississippi, Jackson, and Poinsett counties are serviced at custom rates. Pricing, tonnage, and mileage terms will be provided at time of booking.

14. AGREEMENT
By renting a dumpster, customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
